The card is yours to keep, so you can use the credit on it next time if you don't use it all in one visit.

Your credit and tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of the last time you used it. Credit on games cards is non-refundable.

Entry to Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq is absolutely free, so you're able to choose the activities that you'd like to participate in when you get here.

All of our wonderful arcade games, bumper cars, thrill rider and VR activities require a Bank of Archie Brothers card to play - you can pick up one of these when you arrive.

Simply load the card with your desired amount of money and get playing!  Tap on to whichever game or attraction you'd like to play.

Under 18’s are permitted at Archie Brothers Newmarket at anytime Sunday - Thursday and before 8pm Friday - Saturday. After 8pm Friday - Saturday, strictly no under 18's are allowed. And at Archie Brothers Christchurch before 8pm. After these times all persons must bring an ID to gain entry. Prior to this time, we request that pre-teens and younger children are accompanied by a responsible adult. Check out our House Rules for more info.

Not at all! We love spontaneity, so all of our activities operate on a first come, first served basis.

However, we do get really busy on the weekends, so we recommend getting here early to make the most of your visit.

Yes - If you plan to purchase alcohol or be in the venue after 8pm you will need a valid form of ID. We have security checking these upon entry.

We accept, International passports, current New Zealand driver licence, Hospitality NZ 18+ Card - (New 18+ Cards are no longer available but existing 18+ Cards continue to be valid ID for 10 years from the date of issue) and Kiwi Access Cards - (This new Hospitality NZ card replaces the 18+ Card and is available for both NZ nationals and foreign visitors).

We encourage guests to wear our bowling shoes. They are conversation starters, offer instagram inspo, they’re fashionable and most importantly add to the fun! If you prefer, you can wear your own shoes as long as they're deemed safe and appropriate. (Closed toe and flat soled e.g. trainers, sneakers, boat shoe)

Of course! Alcoholic beverages are allowed on the games floor. You can also drink at the lanes if you are bowling. 

For thirsty gamers our spacious bar has enough space for our delectable drinks to be enjoyed.
