COVID-19  still around, we want to make sure we can help you celebrate no matter what! So to make it easy to understand, we've broken it down for you.


Can I bring my own food?

Our venue strictly allows no outside food with the exception of birthday cakes and lolly bags. Although, we do have catering options available for parents!

How do I book?

You can book online or if you would like a custom package you can talk to our functions team! They can also answer any additional questions you may have. Get in touch with them by calling 1300 888 386 and select Option 1 or send an enquiry.

What does Circus Access mean?

Circus Access simply means unlimited play of our attractions and arcade games for the time allotted.

Unfortunately, this doesn't include ticket redemptions (prize machines or accumulated redemption points).

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

We can accommodate most dietary requirements. Let our functions team know with enough notice, and they can go through the details with you!

What are the functions team's operating hours?

Our functions team is available Monday - Thursday 10am to 4pm and Fridays 10am to 3:30pm.

What happens if we're late?

We'll do what we can and get you started as quickly as possible - but keep in mind that you'll still finish up at the scheduled end time.

We recommend aiming to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking start time.

Can we hire the venue out exclusively?

We can definitely host exclusive events at each of our venues!

How many guests can I bring?

Our minimum requirement of party guests is 10. We don't have a strict maximum, but please contact our functions team for parties of 20+ on 1300 888 386 or send an enquiry.

Can I get a refund for no-shows on the day?

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds - but we can certainly compensate with some return passes for activities another time!

Can I reschedule or postpone my event?

You can - we just need at least 7 days' notice. Have a chat with our functions team 1300 888 386 or send an enquiry for further details.

Terms and Conditions.

The boring but important stuff....

Minimum of 5 guests for all function packages. Drinks packages don’t include spirits. No minors are allowed in the venue after 8 pm. All guests will need to have a valid form of ID from 8 pm onwards. Book your event with us and if COVID restrictions require our venue to be closed at the time of your event then a full refund will be issued. If COVID restrictions allow only certain group sizes in our venue at once and your event is impacted then a full refund will be issued. e.g. if you book for 20 and the restriction only allows 10 then this entitles you to a full refund.
